Partner programme
Affiliate and Whitelabel Partner Terms
These are the terms of our partner programme. Please read them before you apply, and keep a copy once you are approved.
They cover how a lead qualifies, how it is attributed to you, how and when you are paid, what you may and may not do to send us traffic, and the additional terms that apply if you run our quote form under your own brand. They apply whether you send us traffic through links and banners or as a whitelabel partner.
- Paid per qualifying lead
- Paid within thirty days, £100 minimum
- UK partners and UK traffic
- Whitelabel approved separately

Not a partner yet? The programme is explained on our affiliate page, and you can apply from there. Already approved? Sign in to your portal.
1Who these terms apply to
- 1.1These terms apply to you if you have applied to join our partner programme, or if we have approved you for it. They apply from the moment you send us an application and for as long as your account exists.
- 1.2Clause 13 applies only to partners we have separately approved for whitelabel. Until that approval is given, the whitelabel section of the portal stays locked and clause 13 does not apply to you.
- 1.3These terms sit alongside the terms and conditions and the privacy policy that govern the website. Where the two differ on something about the partner programme, these terms apply.
- 1.4The programme is run on our own platform. There is no affiliate network between us, so there is nobody else's terms to read alongside these.
2Definitions
- 2.1"we", "us" and "our" mean MyMoneyComparison.com Ltd.
- 2.2"you" and "your" mean the partner: the person or business whose account it is.
- 2.3"enquiry" or "lead" means a quote form a customer has completed and that is attributed to you.
- 2.4"qualifying lead" means an enquiry that meets clause 6.
- 2.5"portal" means your partner account, where your dashboard, reports, creative, rate card and account details live.
- 2.6"creative" means the banners, text links, HTML blocks, QR codes and tracking links we give you.
- 2.7"whitelabel" means our quote form running under your brand, either on a sub-domain of yours or embedded in a page of yours.
- 2.8"commission" means the amount set against a product in your rate card.
3Applying and approval
- 3.1A person reads every application. We may approve or decline one, and we do not have to give a reason.
- 3.2You must tell us every website, domain, social account, forum or mailing list you intend to promote us from, and tell us before you add another.
- 3.3Approval covers the traffic you described to us. Promoting us somewhere we have not approved is a breach of these terms, and leads from it do not qualify.
- 3.4The programme is open to UK websites and UK audiences only. These are UK insurance products quoted by UK brokers, so traffic from outside the UK cannot produce a qualifying lead.
- 3.5We may ask you to prove you control a domain before we approve it.
- 3.6Keep your account details, and the person we should deal with, up to date.
4How you may promote us
- 4.1Use the creative in your portal. It already carries your tracking, so nothing needs adding to a link to make it count.
- 4.2If you write your own copy about us, or about the insurance we help arrange, send it to us before you publish it. We will tell you what needs changing. We are the authorised firm in this arrangement, so how insurance is advertised through it is our responsibility as well as yours, and copy we have not seen puts that at risk.
- 4.3Do not describe yourself as an insurer or a broker, do not hold yourself out as regulated through us, and do not advise a customer on what cover to buy.
- 4.4Do not say or suggest that you are part of our company, or that we have endorsed anything else you sell.
- 4.5Make it clear to your audience that the enquiry comes to us. Where you run whitelabel, clause 13 covers this instead.
- 4.6Do not quote a price, a saving, an acceptance rate, a review score or a star rating for us, and do not say how many brokers we work with. If you want to use a figure, ask us first and we will tell you whether we can stand behind it.
- 4.7Where we give you a regulatory line to display, keep it where we ask and do not edit it.
5What you must not do
- 5.1Do not bid on our name, or a spelling close to it, in paid search, and do not use our name in a paid search advert or its display address.
- 5.2No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, hidden frames, toolbars, browser extensions or anything else that records a click a customer did not make.
- 5.3No domain that could be mistaken for ours, including a misspelling of it.
- 5.4No incentivised traffic. No cash, points, prize draws, gifts or competition entries in exchange for completing a quote.
- 5.5Do not complete any part of a form on a customer's behalf, and do not send us anything generated, scripted, or taken from a list you have bought.
- 5.6Do not email or text anybody who has not agreed to hear from you.
- 5.7No coupon, voucher, cashback or loyalty placement.
- 5.8No adult, gambling, hate, illegal or otherwise unsuitable placement, and nothing aimed at children.
- 5.9Do not alter the tracking in our creative, the questions or behaviour of our forms, or anything else we host.
- 5.10Do not copy our pages, our forms or our content onto a site of your own, except where clause 13 allows it.
- 5.11If this clause is breached we may suspend the account immediately and decline commission on the leads affected.
6What counts as a qualifying lead
- 6.1The form is complete, every required answer is given, and the enquiry is attributed to you under clause 7.
- 6.2It passes our checks: contact details that work, a UK address and postcode, answers that are not obviously untrue, and the customer's consent recorded.
- 6.3It is not a duplicate. An enquiry we already hold from any source, within the period shown in your portal, does not qualify.
- 6.4It is not a test. Leads taken while a form is in test mode never earn, and they are excluded from your statements as well as your reports.
- 6.5We accept it. We decide that, and the reason is shown against the lead in your reports, so a number that does not match what you counted can always be accounted for.
- 6.6These do not qualify: duplicates, incomplete forms, failed checks, leads from traffic we have not approved, leads from outside the UK, and anything we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
- 6.7The customer does not need to buy a policy. Whether they go on to buy makes no difference to what you are paid.
7Tracking and attribution
- 7.1A lead is attributed to you by one of four routes, and no others:
- 7.1.1a whitelabel address we have verified as yours;
- 7.1.2a code issued to you and used by the customer;
- 7.1.3a signed click cookie, set when somebody follows one of your links;
- 7.1.4a short tracked link of the form we give you.
- 7.2The click cookie lasts for the window shown in your portal, measured from the click. It is thirty days at the time of writing.
- 7.3A later click replaces an earlier one. The last partner to send the customer gets the lead.
- 7.4The cookie is signed, so it cannot be edited or created by hand. Attempting it is a breach of clause 5.
- 7.5If a customer blocks or clears cookies, or arrives by a route we cannot tie to you, we cannot attribute the lead, and we cannot credit one afterwards on the strength of a screenshot.
- 7.6Our figures are the ones we work from and the ones we pay on. If you think they are wrong, tell us within thirty days of the end of the month in question and we will go back to the records.
8Commission and rates
- 8.1Each product has its own rate, set against your account and shown in your rate card. Rates are not the same across products, because what an enquiry is worth is not the same across products.
- 8.2A rate is paid per qualifying lead, not per sale.
- 8.3We may change a rate by giving you fourteen days' notice in the portal or by email. Leads you have already sent are paid at the rate in force when they arrived.
- 8.4Commission on a new lead sits as pending until the lead is accepted or declined. Accepted commission becomes approved; a declined lead earns nothing.
- 8.5Amounts are in pounds sterling unless your rate card says otherwise, and a credit is paid in the currency it is raised in.
- 8.6Your rates are confidential between us and you.
9How you are paid
- 9.1Approved commission builds up against your account. You can see the running total, and exactly what a credit to you will say, before it is raised, so there is nothing for you to write and nothing to chase.
- 9.2Once a month we create a commission credit for the approved commission on your account, and pay it within thirty days of the date of that credit.
- 9.3Payment is by bank transfer to the account you give us. We cannot pay a third party.
- 9.4You are responsible for your own tax.
- 9.5We may hold a payment while we look into leads we have a concern about. We will tell you which ones and why.
- 9.6A minimum balance of £100 applies. Where your approved commission is below it at the end of a month, no credit is raised and the balance carries forward to the next month. If your account closes we pay whatever is owed, whether or not it has reached the minimum.
10Adjustments and reversals
- 10.1If we find after approving a lead that it did not qualify after all - a duplicate we missed, details that turn out to be false, traffic we had not approved - we may reverse the commission on it.
- 10.2A reversal comes off your next statement. We do not ask for money back in cash.
- 10.3Reversals are shown against the leads they relate to, with the reason, in the same reports as everything else.
- 10.4We will not reverse commission more than six months after it was approved, unless we believe fraud is involved.
11Your portal account
- 11.1The account is yours alone. Do not share the sign-in, and tell us at once if you think somebody else has it.
- 11.2Your reports hold no customer personal details, by design. That is deliberate and we cannot add them.
- 11.3What you see in the portal - your rates, your figures, our reporting - is confidential.
- 11.4We develop the platform while partners are using it. What we add arrives in your account without you having to move to it or ask for it. If a report or a format you want is not there, use the request area and tell us.
12Banners, links and branding
- 12.1Our name, our logo and our creative stay ours. You may use them to promote the programme and for nothing else.
- 12.2Use creative as supplied. Do not crop it, recolour it, retype it or redraw it.
- 12.3If you want a size or a format we do not have, ask for it through the request area in the portal.
- 12.4We may ask you to take a placement down. Please do that within two working days.
- 12.5When your account ends, take our creative and our links down.
13Whitelabel partners
This clause applies only once we have approved you for whitelabel. Until then the whitelabel section of your portal is locked, and everything else in these terms applies to your links and banners as normal.
Before whitelabel is switched on
- Approval to join the programme does not include whitelabel. They are two decisions and the second one takes longer.
- While you are waiting, the panel in your portal says so and gives you a way to contact us. Nothing else about your account is held up by it.
- Links, banners and your commission work from the day you are approved to join, whether or not whitelabel ever follows.
- 13.1Whitelabel approval is separate from, and later than, approval to join. It takes longer because it means setting you up as an introducer with us, and doing the checks that go with that.
- 13.2Whitelabel is an addition, never an alternative. You keep your links and banners.
- 13.3You must prove you control the address before the form will answer on it, either by a DNS record we give you or by publishing a file where we ask.
- 13.4The sub-domain, its certificate and its DNS are yours to maintain. If the record is removed the form stops answering, and that is not something we can fix from our side.
- 13.5You set colours, logo and copy through the portal. Do not alter the form's questions, their order, its consent wording or its tracking.
- 13.6The consent wording, the privacy notice and the regulatory line on the form are ours and stay as they are. Where the portal gives you a field for your own terms and privacy policy, those documents must be accurate and reachable.
- 13.7The form must make clear who the customer is dealing with and who receives the enquiry. We will tell you what has to appear before it goes live, and it has to be there.
- 13.8Customers who complete a whitelabel form are our enquiries, and they are handled in the same way as any other.
- 13.9We can switch whitelabel off and leave the rest of your account running, and we will if this clause is breached.
- 13.10If whitelabel is switched off, the hostname is cleared, so the address stops resolving to a partner page.
14Data protection
- 14.1Customers complete our form and we are the controller for what they give us. That is true of a whitelabel form as well, because the form is still ours.
- 14.2Do not collect, store, copy or export a customer's answers, and do not add a tag, a pixel or a script to our form or to a page we host.
- 14.3If you send us traffic from an email or text list, you must be able to show how each person on it agreed to hear from you.
- 14.4Tell us within twenty-four hours if you believe anything you do for the programme has exposed customer data.
- 14.5Our privacy policy explains what we do with what we collect, and who we pass it to.
15Suspension and ending this arrangement
- 15.1Either of us may end this by giving the other thirty days' notice in writing. Neither of us has to give a reason.
- 15.2We may suspend or end it immediately if clause 5 is breached, if we believe fraud is involved, if you are promoting us somewhere we have not approved, or if the account has been dormant for twelve months.
- 15.3When it ends, take our creative and our links down and stop using our name.
- 15.4Commission already approved is paid in the normal way, and clause 9.6 does not hold back a final payment. Commission still pending is settled once those leads are accepted or declined.
- 15.5We may hold a final payment for sixty days where we are looking into lead quality.
- 15.6Clauses 8.6, 11.3, 12.1, 14 and 16 continue to apply after it ends.
16Our liability to you
- 16.1The programme is provided as it is. We do not promise a volume of leads, a rate of acceptance, a level of earnings, or that any product stays on the programme.
- 16.2We do not promise that the portal, the forms or the tracking are available without interruption, and we are not liable for what you lose if they are not.
- 16.3We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of expected earnings, loss of data, or any indirect loss.
- 16.4Where we are liable, our liability for any claim is limited to the commission we paid you in the six months before it arose.
- 16.5Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited.
- 16.6Your sites, your copy and your own compliance are yours. If a claim reaches us because of them, you will cover us for it.
17Changes, complaints and contact
- 17.1We may change these terms. If a change is material we will give you fourteen days' notice in the portal or by email, with a new version number and date.
- 17.2Continuing to send us leads after that date means you accept the new version. Each version is kept, and the version your account agreed to is recorded against it.
- 17.3If you are unhappy with something, tell us. A person reads every message, and we would rather hear it than not.
- 17.4Nothing in these terms makes you our employee or our agent, and you have no authority to commit us to anything.
- 17.5These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
